The firm is located at 1704 Main Street, directly across from the Richland County Judicial Center in the heart of the downtown Columbia historic district. The building, which was constructed circa 1890 and expanded circa 1936, was for many years the Columbia location for Sears, Roebuck & Co. until it moved from downtown in the mid-1950's. In 1984 the firm completely renovated the building, which is a unique example of neoclassical Adam-style architecture in Columbia, similar to the high-style architecture of historic Charleston.
