The roots of Pond Lehocky Giordano trace back over three decades when adversaries Sam Pond and Jerry Lehocky, both champions in the workers' compensation arena, decided to unite forces. Their shared commitment to zealous advocacy led them to join a prior law firm, fundamentally transforming Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation. With the later addition of Tom Giordano, the firm expanded its reach, particularly in leading the Social Security Disability practice.
In 2010, driven by a mission where the client always comes first, Sam Pond, Jerry Lehocky, and Tom Giordano founded Pond Lehocky Giordano.
