Strategic Advice | Practical Solutions. Help for Businesses and Individuals: Protect What's Important to You. Former active duty Air Force JAG officer who knows strategy & the law. We can help you succeed. Call (972) 212-5255
With over 20 years of legal experience advising business decision makers on the risks and legal ramifications of proposed courses of action, we can help your company with strategic legal advice, focused on meeting your business goals and needs. Many legal services for businesses can be provided on a flat rate basis, giving you company a fixed legal spend that won't blow the budget.
Our advice to business leaders focuses on the company's specific situation and goals while keeping in mind the legal requirements for that industry. For example, as an adviser to physician practice groups, we provide advice that is common to most businesses, while also addressing the effect that health care law and the changes to it will have on the company's proposed actions and agreements.
