Chester A. Brewer (deceased in 2002) established his practice in Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1928. He was joined in 1959 by Jesse J. Worten, Jr. (deceased 1983). The firm's partners are Bruce W. Robinett who joined the firm 1967, David B. King who joined the firm in 1980, by James M. Elias and P. Scott Buhlinger who joined the firm in 1997, Thomas J.
