Partner Christian G. Spesia heads the commercial division of the firm, working with attorneys, Bradley S. McCann, Michael S. Hopkins, and Michael A. Santschi. Together, these attorneys concentrate in the fields of municipal law, employment law, condemnation, zoning, taxation and related litigation, as well as estate planning, real estate, and commercial matters. They have represented some of the largest companies in the State of Illinois while also serving the needs of individual clients.
Partner John M. Spesia and Partner Jeffrey S. Taylor head the civil trial division of the firm, working with Partner Michael R. Stiff and attorney Jacob E. Gancarczyk. Former Senior Partner Kent Ayers, retired Circuit Court Judge Thomas Ewert, and retired Appellate Court Judge Kent Slater also serve as valued counsel to the firm.
