SULLIVAN • HAZELTINE • ALLINSON LLC was formed in January 2008 by the merger of William D. Sullivan LLC (which opened in 2006) and the Law Offices of William A. Hazeltine LLC (founded in 2005). Between them, Bill, Bill and Zeke have over 50 years experience in the Delaware Bar handling a wide range of matters, including significant experience practicing in large commercial law firms. We provide our clients with large firm experience within a small firm structure.

The firm practices primarily in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, where we focus on creditors' rights, representing creditors' committees and all types of secured and unsecured creditors, including trade vendors, lenders, landlords, sureties, tort claimants, PACA and reclamation creditors and purchasers of assets in bankruptcy proceedings. Our clients are small businesses, municipalities, and large corporations, including individual corporate officers and directors. In addition to pursuing our clients' claims against Chapter 11 debtors, we prosecute and defend adversary actions, including preference and fraudulent conveyance litigation.

We likewise advise and represent businesses with respect to restructuring and bankruptcy options, including the filing of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings.
