Since our founding in 2009, our attorneys have secured the payment of nearly $22 million dollars to the families of New York State Retirees, fought to assure victim’s rights were secured in litigation claims and defended individuals and entities subjected to unjust claims for compensation. We handle all phases of litigation including mediation, arbitration, trials and appeals and advise clients in all corporate and personal legal matters.
Both principals have been named to the Upstate New York Super Lawyers list (top 5% of attorneys based upon peer reviews and other criteria) as one of the top attorneys in Upstate New York for nine consecutive years (2010-2019). In addition, Claudia A. Ryan was named on the list of the Top 25 Women Lawyers in the 2019 New York Super Lawyers. This marks Ms. Ryan’s ninth appearance on the list. James T. Towne, Jr. also appeared on the 2016 list of the Top 25 Hudson Valley Lawyers. This was Mr. Towne’s third appearance.
