ABOUT A. Hamilton 'Ham' Cooke

Ham Cooke joined Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball as a shareholder in 2012. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Ham has been an active practitioner in Jacksonville since 1968. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and real estate matters. He is the recipient of the 2007 Lawyer Medal of Honor awarded by The Florida Bar Foundation.

Work Experience

-Advise and counsel clients in their estate planning.

-Advise and counsel clients including personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in connection with probate and trust administration.

-Create a variety of estate planning documents including wills and trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care surrogate and preneed guardian documents and living wills.

-Prepare fiduciary accountings.

Recipient, Medal of Honor Award, The Florida Bar Foundation. Member, 1976-1979; Chairman, 1979, Jacksonville Community Relations Commission.
