Aaron J. Perretta is an associate at our personal injury law firm in New York, where he focuses his practice in personal injury and No-Fault, where he litigates No-Fault jury and bench trials, handles oral arguments at appellate term, civil court and arbitration levels, handling CAMP conferences, negotiates settlements, and drafts appellate briefs and motions. Mr. Perretta also handles all stages of personal injury matters up until trial. Mr. Perretta earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he was on the Senior Bar of the Moot Court team, served as the news editor of "The Forum," and was a representative in the University's Student Bar Association. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Perretta earned his BA in English at Binghamton University and was a newsroom editor at PR Newswire.
