Aaron M. Goforth

Aaron began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Wake County where he prosecuted misdemeanor charges including driving while impaired (DWI), driving after consuming under the age of 21, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, assaults, larceny, and various traffic violations. Traffic violations included hit and run, speeding to elude law enforcement, careless and reckless driving, school zone violations, speeding, and others.

Aaron joined Hatch, Little & Bunn in 2016 where he continues to use his prior experiences and skills to zealously advocate for clients charged with misdemeanors, felonies, infractions, and traffic violations. His fluency in Spanish enables the firm to serve clients not only in defense of criminal charges, but in matters involving personal injury, civil disputes, and other claims.
