Aaron Schiffrik represents clients in all stages of litigation in a range of legal matters, including legal and medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, municipal liability, and more. For clients in the construction industry, he handles design defect claims as well as construction and labor law matters. In professional liability matters, he defends accounting malpractice actions and legal malpractice claims stemming from underlying representation in commercial and residential real estate, family law, and personal injury actions. He also regularly defends physicians, nursing staff, and clinical laboratories against claims of professional negligence and misconduct. For his commercial trucking clients, he defends regional and national carriers in administrative fatality hearings and catastrophic personal injury actions.
While in law school, Aaron worked as a law clerk, where he evaluated key legal issues and prepared memorandum that was submitted to the American Arbitration Association on an issue involving interpretation of insurance law in New York State.
