Adam L Weitzel

Adam earned a law degree from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from Georgetown. For more than a decade, Adam’s Colorado law firm has focused almost exclusively on advising businesses and owners on all matters of business and tax law.

After practicing for more than six years with large, respected law firms as a business and tax attorney, Adam started his own practice in early 2010, to facilitate his own business endeavors, and allow him to tailor his practice to the unique needs of small business owners. His greatest professional joy is seeing his business clients succeed.

Adam is a true business lawyer, and loves to play a role in all aspects of a business’s lifespan, from initial organization, securing financing, adding employees, managing growth and expansion, preparing for sale, and, when necessary, winding down and dissolution.
