Adam Smith is a Las Vegas attorney with a unique combination of personal injury and complex litigation experience. Adam’s legal practice was born out of a career specializing in complex problems. Adam began his working career as an accountant and consultant with the world’s largest accounting firm. During that time, Adam helped coordinate a Chicago city-wide program helping underprivileged families complete tax returns and take advantage of tax credits and refunds. As an accountant, Adam consulted on massive legal cases and investigated complicated fraud schemes. These experiences led Adam to a passion for the law and its mandate for rigid ethics.
Adam was not willing to settle for just any law school, and attended Northwestern University, one of the most prestigious law schools in the nation. While at law school, Adam was awarded the Harold Washington leadership award, and the Amy Sherman team leadership award. Both awards still hang on the walls of Northwestern, and are a testament to Adam’s early ability to help lead others through complex issues.

Adam left law school in search of better weather and closer proximity to his aging grandparents — landing him in Las Vegas. Adam was again not willing to settle, and landed a job at Nevada’s largest law firm. Adam immediately showed his legal abilities, and was sent to Court the first day he was licensed. Adam continued to hone his complex problem-solving skills by learning from some of the best personal injury attorneys in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada.
Ultimately, Adam decided to expand his legal knowledge and continue his lifelong passion to help people in need. Adam spent many years at Nevada’s most well-known personal injury and car accident law firm, redeveloping its litigation practice. During that time, Adam managed the firm’s most complicated cases from the filing of the lawsuit through judgment.
Throughout his career, Adam has taken on every challenge presented. This has included trial, argument before the Nevada Supreme Court, and argument before the prestigious United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. All of these experiences provide Adam with a unique skill set not found in many other attorneys. Adam brings his passion and complex problem solving skills to every case.
