Agatha K. Raynor is a shareholder with the firm. She concentrates her practice in civil defense litigation with emphasis in the areas of employment litigation, professional liability litigation and mass tort litigation. She also frequently works with employers to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, to minimize risk in employment practices, to train supervisors and management on employment-related practices and to draft and design employment policies.
Ms. Raynor has been involved in numerous jury trials, bench trials and administrative evidentiary hearings. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, The Milwaukee Bar Association, the Civil Trial Council of Wisconsin, the Association of Women Lawyers and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association (Historian 2001-2003). Agatha’s recent presentations include seminars on Workplace Harassment, Reductions in Force and Employment Discrimination. She has also presented seminars on legal ethics and Wisconsin tort law. Ms. Raynor was recognized a Rising Star in the Wisconsin Superlawyers peer survey in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015. She also serves as a Mentor with the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Mentorship Program.
