Mr.Foxhasdevelopedhispracticeintheareasofcommerciallitigation,commercialtransactions,bankruptcy,businesslaw,realestate,renewableenergylaw,zoningandlanduselaw.Recently,hispracticehasexpandedintotransactionsrelatedtoandobtainingzoningapprovalsfor20mega-wattphotovoltaicsolarpoweredelectricityproductionsystemsinsouthernNewJersey,aswellassmallersystemsforowner/occupieduseintheindustrialandmanufacturingsector.Hehas25yearsofexperiencepresentinglanduseapplicationsbeforezoningandplanningboards,aswellas8yearsasthesolicitorfortheRiversideTownshipPlanningandZoningBoard.Hehaslitigatedzoningmattersatthetrialandappellatelevels.Hiscommercialrealestatepracticecoversshoppingcenters,restaurants,retail,officebuildings,warehousesandresidentialdevelopments,aswellassolarfarms.

HeisrepresentinganationalClassIrailroadwiththefirsteminentdomainmatterinNewJerseyinover40years.

Hispracticealsoconcentratesonprotectingcreditors’rights.Mr.Fox’scommerciallitigationexperiencecoversawidevarietyofindustries,includingbanking,landscape,manufacturing,computerhardware/software,construction,automotiveretail,realestatedevelopment,andwholesalefloral.Herepresentsbothsecuredandunsecuredcreditorsinavarietyofcommerciallendinglitigation,including,collectionundernotesandloanagreements,securityagreementsandfinancialstatements,mortgageforeclosure,replevinorassignmentsofrents.Hisrepresentationofcreditorsinthebankruptcyforumincludesnegotiatingcashcollateralagreements,stayreliefmotions,defendingpreferenceactions,non-dischargeabilityissues,rejection/assumptionofexecutorcontractorleaseissues.
