For over 35 years, Mr. Hollander has represented individuals, including, executives, business owners, medical professionals and retirees, in estate planning and asset protection matters with the goal of facilitating the orderly and cost effective transfer of assets from one generation to the next. He also assists owners of closely held businesses in succession planning.Mr. Hollander’s areas of expertise include charitable planned giving, estate and trust administration, preparation of Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns, United States estate tax returns, U.S. gift tax returns, Pennsylvania and U.S. fiduciary income tax returns and all Orphans’ Court matters, including, guardianships, Will contests and estate and trust litigation. He also advises clients on life insurance issues, structuring beneficiary designation of qualified retirement plans and individual retirement accounts, allocation of assets and Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements. Owners of Marcellus Shale reserves have retained Mr. Hollander to assist in planning for their expected receipt of royalty payments which has included the establishment of family limited partnerships and family limited liability companies. His goal for each of his clients is wealth preservation and tax reduction. A graduate of American University Law School, Mr. Hollander received his masters in taxation from New York University.
