ABOUT Alexandra M. Louderback

Alexandra “Lexi” Louderback advises clients on the state and local tax (SALT) consequences of their various business transactions. She is experienced in multistate taxation issues, including income, franchise, sales and use, and property taxes.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Lexi worked for a national law firm where she gained extensive experience handling all stages of litigation, including law and motion, taking and defending depositions, mediations and arbitration. She advised and counseled clients ranging from large tech companies, school districts, international businesses and unionized large hotel chains throughout California.
