Alicia (Ali) Abella was admitted to the Arizona State bar in 2017, and is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona. Ms. Abella is focusing her practice on family law, juvenile law, and guardianships.
In 2017, Ms. Abella graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. She was honored with Jurisprudence Awards for achieving the highest grades in Public International Law, Immigration Consequences of Criminal Activity, and Immigration Law Clinic II. She also achieved Dean’s List Notations in five semesters.
While in law school, Ms. Abella gained hands-on legal experience in many different areas of law. At Legal Services of South Central Michigan, Ms. Abella assisted with family law, public benefit, and housing law cases. Ms. Abella also gained experience with immigration law working at Michigan State’s Immigration Clinic and St. Vincent Catholic Charities Immigration Clinic. Additionally, Ms. Abella spent two spring breaks serving at the Michigan State University Alternative Spring Break program assisting low-income individuals with their personal income taxes.
Upon relocating back to the East Valley in 2017, Ms. Abella immediately got involved in assisting the Firm with guardianship and adoption cases.
