Allan Carvalho

Allan Carvalho is a workers’ compensation trial attorney at The Dominguez Firm. He has successfully resolved hundreds of complex cases involving all types of work-related injuries. He fights large insurance companies that unjustly seek to deny responsibility, or to minimize benefits, for injured workers, and he works with our firm’s personal injury lawyers on many complex cross-over cases.

Attorney Carvalho completed his undergraduate studies at Long Beach City College, CA. and earned his Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School, Santa Ana, Ca. He’s a member of the California Attorney Applicants Association (CAAA) and WorkComp Central.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, attorney Carvalho speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. He’s also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and he employs the same fighting spirit on behalf of those injured during working hours under the California Workers Compensation system.
