Allen C. Gasper is The Gasper Law Group, PLLC’s Senior Partner and practices law in the Criminal Defense Division. He is among Colorado Springs’ top Criminal Defense trial attorneys and has practiced law in the Colorado Springs area since 1999. He has appeared before and successfully argued cases before the Colorado Supreme Court.
The Criminal Defense cases that Mr. Gasper handles include: DUI and DWAI, Drug Crimes, Domestic Violence (Felony and Misdemeanor), Property Crimes (Criminal Mischief, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Identity Theft, and Theft), Violent Crimes (Assault, Robbery, and Menacing), Homicides, and Sex Offenses. He also represents clients faced with restraining orders, in Parole, or with Post-Conviction Issues.
Mr. Gasper received his Law Degree from the University of Colorado, Denver College of Law in 1999. He is a graduate and member of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association. He is a member of the El Paso County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Gasper has lived in the Colorado Springs area since 1982. He is well respected in the community for his work in the area of juvenile law. He has previously been a judge in the Colorado Springs Municipal Court’s Teen Court program and has volunteered in various youth services activities.
Mr. Gasper is married and has four children. When not practicing law, Allen enjoys riding horses and is a member of the Pikes Peak Range Riders (PPRR). He owns the Bar Diamond X Ranch which is a horse training and event facility. Aside from horses Allen is also an accomplished singer and performer. In 2016 Allen wrote, produced, and directed the musical drama “A Colorado Christmas”.
