Amanda Laird Creegan, an associate in the firm, graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010 and was a cum laude graduate of Lehigh University in 2005.
Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Creegan served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas P. Zampino, J.S.C. (ret.), Chancery Division, Family Part (2010 – 2011) in Newark, New Jersey. During law school, Ms. Creegan worked in the Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice, Family Law Clinic and also was an intern at Sanctuary for Families, Center for Battered Women. She was the Senior Associate Comments Editor for the Seton Hall Circuit Review and was voted the Best Oral Advocate, Appellate Advocacy.
Ms. Creegan, who has been rated a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, is the co-author with Harriet Newman Cohen of an article published on July 31, 2017 by the New York Law Journal entitled, "Social Media In Divorce and Family Law: A Trap for the Unwary?"
Ms. Creegan is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association and the Essex County Bar Association.
Ms. Creegan is admitted in both New York (2011) and New Jersey (2010).
