Amy Hinkler is an Associate in Pike & Lustig’s Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury practice groups. Amy’s experience includes representation of individuals and businesses in various aspects of litigation, including intellectual property, labor and employment, real estate, breach of contract, and fraud. Additionally, Amy has counseled clients related to business formation, ownership transfers, intellectual property protection, and online media and policy review.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Amy was a marketing and practice development professional in the New York City office of Sidley Austin, LLP and Orlando law firm Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. She is skilled in public relations and crisis communications, having counseled clients involved in high-profile litigation on media strategy. Amy is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans and Barry University School of Law, and is an active alumna member of her alumni associations and Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Amy is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and serves on the Florida Bar Standing Committee on Media and Communications Law.
