Ms. Cline assists individuals and business entities who are involved in or facing civil litigation. She is experienced in a wide variety of matters, including business and commercial conflicts, contract disputes, oil and gas litigation, employment disputes, personal injury litigation, consumer protection matters, real estate disputes, insurance coverage claims, and probate and estate litigation. Ms. Cline has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation, including summary judgment, negotiated settlement, mediation, arbitration, bench or jury trials, and on appeal. Ms. Cline practices in Kansas state and federal courts, both at the district and appellate level, Kansas administrative agencies and in nationally recognized arbitration forums.

Amy has been a presenter at numerous Continuing Legal Education Seminars and also authored an article on the Kansas Consumer Protection Act which was published in the KBA Journal in 2005.
