Amy was born in Saigon, Vietnam and immigrated to the United States and was raised in Baltimore, Maryland. As a first generation Asian American, she attended the University of Maryland where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. During her undergraduate studies, Amy began her legal career at the Law Office of Paul Bauer Eason. The knowledge and experience she gained prompted her to pursue her Juris Doctorate at Barry Univeristy School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. After working at Burruezo & Burruezo Law Firm, Amy helped build Voight, P.A. as a key shareholder.
Amy practices Real Estate, Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Bankruptcy. Amy is also the Managing Partner of the Real Estate Division of Voight, P.A. She is instrumental in managing title and other real estate ancillary services. The real estate division’s ancillary services include: contract preparation, title transfers, closing services, notary services, buyer/seller representation, FIRPTA compliance, title policies and much more.
Amy is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Voight Foundation, a member of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association, a member of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys.
In Amy’s day to day practice she deals with everything from single family homes to complicated real estate contracts with multi-national corporations and individuals. With her experience, Amy is able to offer unique insight to the interworking of residential/commercial real estate making her an effective solution for real estate transactions.
