ABOUT Andi Parrish

Andi Parrish focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law. She helps clients develop and implement trademark and copyright registration and protection strategies, as well as monitor and enforce intellectual property rights. In addition, Ms. Parrish represents parties in intellectual property litigation. She has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal court and before specialized tribunals such as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Parrish was an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a large international law firm where she concentrated her practice on intellectual property and business litigation matters. Ms. Parrish also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Charles A. Pannell Jr. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Ms. Parrish attended Emory University School of Law on a full merit scholarship. She graduated in the top ten percent of her law school class and was a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Parrish served as an articles editor of the Emory Law Journal and received an award for Excellence in the Study of Trademark Law. Ms. Parrish received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Georgia.

Ms. Parrish lives in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte with her husband and two children. A dual citizen of the United States and Canada, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with her family, and volunteering with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District.
