Andrew is a member of the Professional Liability Department. He focuses his practice on first-party property insurance coverage, defending insurance carriers in a vast range of first-party property matters.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Andrew was practicing as associate general counsel for the largest private homeowners insurance company in the State of Florida, where he exclusively handled the defense of first party property lawsuits throughout central Florida. As in-house counsel, Andrew obtained extensive experience with regard to attending depositions, mediations, court appearances, etc.
Andrew graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and earned his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University College of Law in 2015. While in law school, Andrew was a law clerk for an insurance defense firm, where he worked on cases involving premise liability matters. He was a member of the Nova Trial Association throughout law school and served as the Vice President of Operations. During his membership of the trial association, Andrew competed in multiple trial competitions on behalf of his school.
Outside of practicing law, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and being outdoors playing golf, biking, or paddle boarding.
