Andrew D. Kurpanek is an associate attorney in the Robinson and Henry P. C. real estate and civil litigation department. Andrew is focused on being an effective litigator and counselor at law and always puts the client first. He recognizes that his true worth as an attorney is in the clients that he serves and is focused on providing the most cost effective assistance possible, Andrew is dedicated to ensuring that your case or legal issue receives the time it needs to be effectively resolved without excessive attorney's fees. Prior to joining Robinson and Henry, Andrew worked for several years learning the ropes of complicated real estate and civil litigation issues including mechanics liens for contractors and material suppliers, mechanics liens trust fund statute violation claims, adverse actions in bankruptcy involving issues of fraud and theft, and collections actions on contracts, notes, and personal guarantees, Additionally, Andrew has experience with real estate issues including contracts to buy/sell real estate, deeds, deeds of trust, pipeline and land use easements, oil and gas leases, real estate transfers, chain of title issues, owner carry financing, interfamily transfers, and other types of real estate transfers. Before he started law school, Andrew worked in the engineering department for a publicly traded ethanol production company during plant construction, start up, and optimization. As a result, Andrew has the specific experience to help clients with highly technical issues, construction contract negotiations and claims, and understands the issues and chaos that happens daily in active business. Andrew received his J. D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and his B. A. (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Colorado. While in school Andrew interned with the Arapahoe County court system.
