As a partner of Tueller & Gibbs, LLP, Andrew J. Gibbs is committed to representing clients throughout the state of Colorado. He focuses his practice on cases involving real estate transactions and litigation.Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in communication from The University of Arizona, with minors in business and history. He then started his legal studies at the University of Nairobi School of Law in Nairobi, Kenya, where he focused on constitutional and family law. Andrew returned to the United States and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, he served as a research assistant to a professor of law and as a postgraduate teaching fellow.Active in the legal community, Andrew is a member of the Denver Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. He is also a business partner member of the Community Associations Institute.Andrew has represented many types of clients, including national production homebuilders, homeowner associations, land developers, design professionals, subcontractors and individuals. He has defended developers, contractors and subcontractors in complex legal actions involving multiparty commercial and residential construction disputes. He has also served as lead counsel in more than 75 trials and arbitrations.
