Prior to and during Andrew’s career as an attorney, he has started several successful companies that still operate and thrive today, including a manufacturing company and several restaurants. He was responsible for all legal aspects of the projects, including negotiating acquisition terms, infrastructure and development financing, bonding and municipal, and state permitting/approvals. During his representation of his clients he regularly handles lease drafting and negotiation, evictions and associated litigation.
