Andrew spent the first several years of his legal career at large law firms. During that time, he gained significant litigation and courtroom experience in a wide array of practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, premises liability, employment law, governmental liability, and commercial litigation. He is highly experienced in pretrial litigation and motions practice in both state and federal court. Andrew has successfully represented his clients at mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Now, Andrew leverages his experience to help individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others – standing up for victims is his passion. His practice focuses on litigation involving long term care and skilled nursing facilities, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, commercial disputes, and personal injury.
Andrew earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2012, graduating Order of the Coif and in the top 10 of his graduating class. As a law student, he served on Volumes 113 and 114 of the West Virginia Law Review, and worked as a teaching assistant in the legal writing and research department.
When he’s not practicing law, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all that the Mountain State has to offer. He serves on the Board of Directors of Hope for Appalachia, Inc.
