Anne Lunsford has been a trial lawyer since 1992, focusing her practice primarily on medical malpractice and complex civil litigation. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Volusia County Bar Association, the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, the Florida Defense Attorneys Association and Defense Research Institute.
After earning her Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern Law School, she was appointed to the King Disability Law Institute Project, served on the Board of the Moot Court Society, became a Certified Guardian Ad Litem and Court Certified Juvenile Mediator. She has experience defending administrative matters before the Florida Department of Health, Board of Nursing and Board of Osteopathic Medicine. Early in her career, she appeared on Court TV successfully defending a complicated malpractice case in Brevard County and establishing expert discovery standards in Schutheis v. Gotlin. Ms. Lunsford gained extensive trial experience while practicing in Central Florida, ultimately forming her own successful law practice for over twenty years. In 2019, she joined Bice Cole Law Firm, forming their fourth location, the Ormond Beach Office.
In addition to her busy law practice, Ms. Lunsford earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, has served on many volunteer boards in her community including the Harbor Federal Savings Bank Advisory Board, and completed Leadership Daytona VII. She currently serves on the Governing Council of her Church and is raising two terrific teenage sons.
