Anthony P. Fritz

Anthony P. Fritz is an associate attorney with Herrig & Vogt, LLP, practicing out of its Granite Bay, California office. Mr. Fritz brings 28 years of civil litigation experience to the practice of law. Mr. Fritz handles complex cases involving construction and construction defects, business disputes, real estate, insurance and contractual disputes.

Mr. Fritz has extensive and broad experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on the representation of property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in real estate, construction defect and construction claims disputes. Mr. Fritz has acted as lead litigation and trial counsel in numerous business disputes involving issues including contract interpretation, corporate governance and insurance coverage. Mr. Fritz’s experience includes personal injury, premises liability, products liability, receivership and commercial bankruptcy.
