Ari D. Riekes

Ari has been with Marks Clare & Richards, LLC since 2006 and became a member of the firm in 2014. Ari has a diverse litigation practice including commercial litigation, personal injury, family law, and breach of contract disputes. In addition, a significant portion of Ari’s practice is devoted to representing employees and employers in the areas of employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, duty of loyalty issues, and non-compete agreements. Ari also represents numerous landlords involving commercial and residential lease agreements and handles disputes between them and their tenants. Ari is also a trained mediator.Ari grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to attending law school, he received a Master of Science Degree in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. Thereafter, he worked for community centers in and around Chicago, IL and administered sports and camping departments serving people of all ages. Ari received his J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he graduated with honors, and concentrated in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ari has also been a legal writing instructor at Creighton University Law School and volunteers for numerous non-profit organizations.Ari D. Riekes is the President of Henry Monsky Lodge of B'nai B'rith in Omaha.
