Armando J. Román has been a practicing attorney since 2004. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and civil law litigation; criminal defense; family law; and immigration law. He also has substantial experience in the areas of wills and probate, and real estate and business law.
Armando began his career in 2004 at Holland & Knight LLP as an associate in its San Antonio office and a member of its Real Estate and Business Transactions’ group serving business clients in all matters involving real estate. Before forming his own law office, Armando spent 4 years at Davis, Cedillo & Mendoza, Inc. where he was an associate in their Real Estate and Business Transactions’ group serving clients in real estate transactions, including, but not limited to development, financing, leasing, purchase and sale, zoning, and valuation. He also represented clients in business formations, partnerships, acquisitions, and terminations.
Armando has offices in San Antonio, Texas and Eagle Pass, Texas. He has served clients all over Texas in Bexar County, Maverick County, DeWitt County, Travis County, Guadalupe County, Dimmit County, Val Verde County, Comal County, Webb County, Dallas County, Zapata County, Medina County, Uvalde County, Lubbock County, and Harris County.
His immigration clients include individuals from Mexico, Honduras, Venezuela, Cuba, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
Armando is fluent in both English & Spanish.
