Barry Hair represents clients both directly and as panel counsel from Fortune 500 companies to smaller Alabama based corporations, often on a statewide basis.

Mr. Hair’s litigation experience ranges from a simple slip and fall to litigating high exposure lawsuits such as a catastrophic injury, electrical accident. For some clients,

Mr. Hair is also used as a rapid response attorney who is known for his hands-on accident scene investigations and to then provide guidance on directing the investigation and evaluating a claim well before it becomes a lawsuit.

Earlier in his career Mr. Hair was claims counsel for Nationwide Insurance Company for the state of Alabama managing its first party and the more serious third party litigated claims as well as serving as a consultant to the company’s claims department.
