Becca Weitz, a Dallas native, received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Becca went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2013.
While in law school, Becca was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List and received the Cali Award of Excellence for her work in the law school’s probate clinic for indigent clients. She regularly serves as a court-appointed attorney ad litem in heirship and guardianship cases. Becca loves family law in particular because she is able to help clients manage a very trying time in their lives and use her skills as a litigator to reach a unique solution tailored to her client’s specific needs.
Becca’s experience in family law includes contested divorce; modification of visitation, parental rights and child support; enforcement of court orders; pre- and post-marital agreements; stepchild adoption; and suits involving grandparent and stepparent rights.
Outside of practicing law, Becca enjoys travelling and trying new restaurants with her husband, Brett, and taking their dog, Molly, to the park. She is also a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Houston.
