Benjamin A Kearns

Benjamin Kearns excelled in law school earning a full tuition academic scholarship to the prestigious J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Benjamin graduated law school with honors in 2009. Benjamin began his legal career in 2009 with a large California law firm practicing business and civil litigation. He returned to Utah in 2012 where he continues to practice civil litigation as well as divorce and family law. Benjamin is invested in Utah County’s business growth and environment. He teaches a Business Law course at Utah Valley University and especially enjoys helping students integrate into the business world. He also enjoys spending time with his family and dragging his children out on local hiking trips.

Benjamin focuses his practice on business litigation, divorce, and family law disputes, especially where these two legal areas overlap. His extensive experience litigating both business and domestic disputes has provided him with unique expertise in representing business owners and professionals in divorces and in navigating the complex legal and accounting issues involved.
