Benjamin is a northern Virginia native, who has been handling criminal and traffic cases in Manassas and throughout Virginia for the last 13 years. Benjamin has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association as well as a Top 100 Lawyer by the National Advocates for Top 100 Lawyers. He is also a member of the Prince William County Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, Benjamin has completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)/International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Student Practitioner Course.
