ABOUT Benjamin John Heimerl

Benjamin J. Heimerl is a founding Partner at Heimerl & Lammers, LLC. Benjamin partnered with Michael B. Lammers to create a law firm with the ability to handle all of their clients’ legal needs while building lasting relationships. The mission of Heimerl & Lammers, LLC is to provide the superior legal representation and service that our clients deserve, during what could be the most difficult and frustrating time in their life.

Since graduating from William Mitchell College of Law, in St. Paul Minnesota, Benjamin has dedicated his time, almost exclusively, to helping injured clients. His time in the Marine Corps taught him the value of being the best at what you do, and that the only way to be the best is through hard work and dedication. He has taken this passion to the courtroom, where he works tirelessly to battle big insurance companies who refuse to live up to their moral and contractual obligations.

Benjamin was born and raised in Minnesota. He attended college at the University of Minnesota where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. When he’s not advocating for his clients, Benjamin can be found spending quality time with his lovely wife and four children, and when time permits enjoying a peaceful round of golf.
