ABOUT Benjamin Randall Little

Benjamin's practice covers a wide range of substantive areas, but he primarily focuses on business law and related matters. Benjamin handles both litigation and non-litigation matters and frequently represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the GAO. Benjamin has wide-ranging litigation experience, and in that capacity has obtained successful outcomes in complex government contracting and commercial disputes, has handled litigation involving complex engineering issues and has successfully represented public officers and elected officials in a variety of litigation matters. Outside of litigation, Benjamin frequently helps clients form, govern, and operate businesses. Benjamin also has experience in probate matters, including guardianships, conservatorships, estate administration, and related litigation.

Why did you become an attorney?

Lawyers play an important role in avoiding and resolving disputes. I wanted to help people and businesses wade through difficult issues and decisions, and now I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to do so.

What is the best part of your job?

Hearing stress and anxiety leave a client’s voice after a successful effort on that client’s behalf.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I spend every minute I can with my wife and three children. We enjoy time together outdoors and keeping up with college football and basketball. My wife and I particularly enjoy watching and helping our kids take care of, hunt with, and have fun with our family’s three bird dogs.
