Experience
“What I enjoy most about the mergers and acquisitions practice is interacting with a large group of very intelligent people as a team, often getting to serve as a point person and helping to keep the transaction moving forward under pressure. When the deal finally closes after months of hard work, the resulting sense of accomplishment is unbeatable.”
