Bob Owens is a partner in the firm and is a graduate of Jackson State University (B.A) and Florida State University (J.D.). He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. His practice includes major civil litigation in the areas of birth trauma, medical negligence, motorcycle accidents and 18-wheeler accidents. He has served as co-bond counsel and under-writer’s counsel on tax-exempt bond issues.
He was appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning (College Board). Appointed by Chief United States Judge to a U.S. Magistrate Selection Committee; Mississippi Supreme Court Rules Advisory Committee; Mississippi Bar Disciplinary Complaints Tribunal. He is a Member and Bencher, Charles Clark Chapter, American Inns of Court (Past President).
