ABOUT Bradley D. Dunkle

Brad joined Calwell Luce diTrapano PLLC in January 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked as Judge Joseph Reeder’s Judicial Law Clerk with the 29th Judicial Circuit of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, an Associate Attorney with the Huntington law firm of Farrell, White & Legg, PLLC, and as a Contract Specialist with the United States Air Force. Brad has previously represented clients in medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters; business organization, landlord tenant disputes, and compliance with regulations and statutes; and criminal, civil, and family law matters. His practice at Calwell Luce diTrapano PLLC primarily focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, criminal defense, and general civil litigation.

Brad received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati in May 2015. Brad graduated cum laude and served as the Business Manager for the Law Review. He was the recipient of the Paul & Ted Squillante Memorial Prize, Eugene M. Corbin Memorial Award, and Ernest Karam Book Award. Brad also was a member of the regional finalist team at the ABA Negotiation Competition. Before becoming a lawyer, Brad was a high school Social Studies teacher for Lincoln County High School in Hamlin, West Virginia. During his undergrad studies at Marshall University, he studied abroad at the University of Helsinki.

Brad also serves as a Judge Advocate with the United States Army as a member of the 9th Legal Operation Detachment in Ohio. His awards include National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Army Accommodation Medal, and Army Reserve Components Overseas Training Medal.

Brad is a native of Ceredo, West Virginia, and currently resides in Barboursville, West Virginia, with his wife and daughter.
