Brandon Hoskins practices primarily in the areas of real estate, oil and gas, business, and commercial litigation. Brandon has represented clients ranging from national corporations to small local businesses and individuals. He has experience completing business and real estate transactions, oil and gas title opinion work, debt collection (including liens, foreclosure, litigation and execution), partitions, estate and trust work, and litigation involving title to real property, construction, breach of contract, and insurance defense, among other things.
Brandon was born in Missoula, Montana and grew up in Billings where he graduated from Senior High School. Brandon attended Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota and graduated with a degree in biology.
Brandon began law school the following fall at the University of Montana. While in law school he completed two internships, including a summer with Moulton Bellingham, and the University's Land Use Clinic. Brandon graduated from law school in May 2010 and subsequently passed the Montana Bar Exam before beginning his employment at Moulton Bellingham.
Brandon spends his free time with his friends and family in the outdoors or playing and watching sports, especially football, baseball, golf, soccer, snowboarding, and fishing. He is also a fan of the Tennessee Titans, Arsenal FC and the Seattle Mariners.
