Brennan H. Moss

Brennan works in the Commercial Litigation, Real Property, Corporate, Employment, and Trademark practice groups at PAMH. In his practice, Brennan has worked with Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 companies, as well as many local businesses, contractors, and individuals. Brennan regularly represents his clients in state and federal litigation. Brennan has represented his clients throughout the Intermountain West, California, New York, Washington, D.C., Washington, Alaska, Minnesota, and Florida.

Brennan has enjoyed success in his practice since his first days in court. Brennan’s success can be attributed to his careful study and preparation, and a common sense approach to resolutions. In Brennan’s first federal case, he secured a jury verdict for the client. In Brennan’s first appeal to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, he successfully secured a reversal of each adverse ruling made against his client.

Prior to beginning his legal practice, Brennan graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with an Honors Degree in English. In 2004 Brennan graduated from the esteemed George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Brennan was a writing fellow, and assisted other law students in preparing for examinations, and improving their legal writing skills.

Outside of his office, Brennan enjoys spending time with his family, crossfit, skiing, running, playing basketball, attending sporting events, and discussing politics.
