Brett Hollett has resided in Birmingham for over twenty-five years and is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He also holds a B.S., Economics, from Birmingham Southern College.
Prior to joining Farris Riley & Pitt, Brett was a partner at a local law firm where he focused on personal injury and criminal defense work. Brett’s main focus throughout his legal career has been centered around helping people. He truly believes the best way to do that is to first listen to his clients’ needs and then provide them with a voice to help level the playing field. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Personal Injury, Car Accidents and Wrongful Death. He understands how important each case is and appreciates the opportunity to serve and help his clients in their time of need.
Brett has a Superb 10 Avvo Rating and he was included in National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Also in 2014, Brett was included in National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40. Brett was recently recognized by B-metro as one of Birmingham’s Top Lawyers for 2016.
Brett currently resides in Vestavia with his wife Lydia and his son Griffin.
