In addition, Brian has experience representing clients in labor matters, including unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB and Union grievances. Brian also regularly litigates issues concerning insurance contracts in Virginia state and federal courts, as well as other complex contractual and commercial matters.

After spending six-years supporting a global law firm in northern Virginia, Brian returned home to Williamsburg. He joined Sands Anderson in 2016 and serves clients in the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
