Brian G. Price has been representing seriously injured accident victims in Northeastern Pennsylvania for the past 25 years. He has won multiple multi-million dollar settlements for his catastrophically injured clientele.
Brian is a proud graduate of Scranton Central High School’s Class of 1985. Afterwards, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989. Thereafter, he served his country by dedicating two years of his life to the United States Peace Corps in Guatemala. Brian returned to Philadelphia and graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1995.
He joined Dougherty, Leventhal and Price, L.L.P. in 1995. In 2000, Brian became a Partner in the firm and in 2015 he became a Managing Partner. He spearheads the firm’s marketing and Latino efforts.
In 2000, Brian served as the President of the Young Lawyers Division of Lackawanna County. In 2005, he served as President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania’s Trial Lawyers’ Association. Since 2008, Brian has sat on the Board of Governors of Pennsylvania’s Association of Justice. He is a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. He has been voted a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2010.
In the past, Brian has served on the Boards of Friends of the Poor and The CYC of Wyoming Valley. In 2009 he chaired the CYC’s Annual Appeal. He coached Marian Catholic Grade School’s Girls’ basketball team and also enjoyed coaching youth baseball at the Minooka Little League.
Currently, Brian serves on the Board of Neighborworks NEPA. He is also a member of the Divine Mercy Parish Counsel and had lectured at his church for the past 22 years. He is a 9 year member of the BNI Valley Chapter where he has served as the Educational Coordinator and President two times each.
