Brian R. Chavez-Ochoa was born in Burbank, California. Brian attended the University of Washington, in Seattle Washington. Thereafter, he attended Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, California. In December 1997, Brian was admitted to the State Bar of California. Upon being admitted to the State Bar of California, Brian opened Chavez-Ochoa Law Offices, Inc., in Valley Springs, California. Previously, Brian had the opportunity to be appointed as a conflict public defender as well as minor's counsel in the Calaveras Superior Court as well as the Amador Superior Court. Currently, Brian is General Counsel and President of Lion of Judge Defense Coalition, General counsel for Operation Rescue West, Counsel for Christian Defense Coalition, Pro Bono Attorney for the Alliance Defense Fund, as well as a Contact Attorney for the Calaveras County Women's Crisis Center; Representation of Women and Men who are the Victims of Domestic Violence. Additionally, Brian is a Captain in the California State Military Reserve as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate.
