Tom Ebel offers complete legal guidance when helping his clients navigate real estate, business, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. Collaborative and congenial, Tom is a Shareholder and member of our Business Group. He served on the firm’s Board of Directors from 1999 - 2007, and as President of the firm from 2001 - 2007. His years managing the firm bring meaningful insight to the challenges faced by business owners and executives.
He understands that business success depends on collaborative communities, and he enjoys working as a trusted member of his clients’ teams. By combining his business instincts and in-depth legal knowledge, Tom helps clients resolve difficult and complex disputes and litigation. He represents developers, brokers, investors, and financial institutions in a variety of real estate and other commercial transactions. He counsels business owners on a variety of corporate and business matters, including sales, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and succession planning. Tom has also helped landlords and tenants in commercial lease matters, including solar farm leases.

When not in the office, Tom enjoys fly-fishing, writing, and golf.
